Kim Cattrall's selfish tip
Kim Cattrall says masturbating from a young age is the secret to a successful life. The and the City: The Movie' star - who has written books about her own experiences - would have been more fulfilled if she had learnt how to pleasure herself when she wasyounger. She said: "The earlier you learn to masturbate, the better your life will be. It took me years of self-discovery to get there - I even read books by therapists and stood naked in front of a mirror to try to learn how to get in touch with my body. "Experimenting at an early age would have provided me with a basis for a more fulfilling relationship." Kim - who is dating chef Alan Wyse - also revealed she loves men who are "clean".
She added to Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine: "One of the biggest limitations in is that most men don't know how to enable a woman to reach orgasm - and most women aren't confident enough to tell men what they need to do. That's why talking is so vital. "We're all different, and have different desires and tastes. My own preference, for example, is a clean-shaven man who smells fresh and clean. You can't be afraid to let go."
----------------------Kim Cattrall's driving demand
Kim Cattrall will date any man as long as he can drive. The actress, who reprises her role as man-eater Samantha Jones in the big screen adaptation of and the City' this month, says a car is more important to her than age. She said: "I'm limitless as far as age is concerned - as long as he has a driver's license. I don't want to pick him up!" The 51-year-old actress has been married three times and is currently dating Canadian chef Alan Wyse, who is 23 years her junior. Kim also addressed rumours she enjoys cooking in the nude at home with her lover. She joked to US TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey: "My boyfriend always puts a little oil in the pan and that can hurt. "I was in a grocery store over the weekend and someone slipped me an apron and said, 'Just in case it might be true, here, protect yourself, girlfriend.' " Kim wrote 'Satisfaction: The Art of the Female Orgasm' with her then-husband, audio designer Mark Levinson, in 2002.
-----------------------------Kim Cattrall's neon enemy
Kim Cattrall has removed all the neon lights in her house, because they make her look old. The stunning 51-year-old actress, who is famous for her fresh-faced looks, recently got rid of all the harsh lighting because "neon is not our friend." Kim said: "I've gotten rid of all the neon lights in my house. As a friend of mine told me, 'Kim, neon is not our friend.' " Although she is paranoid about ageing, Kim - who admitted to having Botox injected into her forehead - will never resort to going under the knife to regain her youth.
The and the City' star said: "I'm terrified of plastic surgery. I prefer to think it's possible to be like Helen Mirren or Judi Dench, who look great but also look like women of their age. But I do empathise with women who have cosmetic surgery because there's such a lot of pressure to do it. "Let's face it, ageing is tough, and who actually likes their lines or wrinkles? Not me, that's for sure."
-----------------Kim Cattrall's 'alien' surgery
Kim Cattrall thinks plastic surgery makes people look like "aliens". The 51-year-old and the City' star admits she has had Botox injections in the past, but wouldn't undergo any other cosmetic procedures because she wants to look her age. Kim told Britain's The Times newspaper: "Why would anyone lower themselves to look like an alien? "I'm scared of surgery because I don't want to look in the mirror and not recognise who's looking back. I don't want to be in a room, and to have people turn when I leave and say, 'What happened?'
"I'm 51 and I think I look my age, but I don't want to be 20 any more or even 30 or 40. Besides, I'm too terrified to get any proper work so I've had just little things done. I have a big crease between my eyebrows and I use Botox to get rid of that, but that's kind of it." Kim also revealed she admires Hollywood stars like Dame Helen Mirren, 62, and Dame Judi Dench, 72, because they prove stars can grow older gracefully. She said: "I don't look at magazines for my definition of what is beautiful. Is that a heavily retouched 18-year-old or a 40-year-old on the cover? I don't think so - nobody looks like that. "I look at people such as Helen Mirren or Judi Dench, these amazing women who look great, but look their age."
